Requirements for License
1. Application of License.
2. Application fee - $200.00
3. License fee -$200.00 annual renewal fee.
4. Have successfully completed high school or
5. Be at least twenty-one (18) years of age.
6. Complete the 90+ Home Inspection course.

approved by the state of Louisiana to fulfill
